Professional Career
Mr. Martin A. Miszerak is the founder and the President of the Board of Directors of Miszerak & Associates Sp. z o.o. After many years of work in the USA, Mr. Miszerak started working in the Polish finance sector in 1990 as an adviser to the Minister of Privatization, co-operating in major capital privatizations. Then, as an adviser to the Minister of Finance, he actively participated in the first privatization processes in the banking sector and he performed the function of the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Bank Przemysłowo-Handlowy S.A. In the mid 90s he had been the President of the Board of Directors of the company which managed one of the National Investment Funds and the President of the Board of Directors of ABN AMRO Asset Management (Poland) SA (ABN AMRO group) before in the year 2000 he founded Personal Finance Polska Sp. z o.o. which was one of the first Polish advisory companies rendering services to individual customers in the field of personal finances. Before 1990 Mr. Miszerak had spent 10 years working in corporate finances in various finance institutions in New York and in Milan.
Education
He completed higher education in the United States, including MBA at Yale University, M.A. at Johns Hopkins University and B.A. at Princeton University.
Ms. Wioletta Buczek

Professional Career
Ms. Wioletta Buczek is the member of the Board of Directors of PR Reputation Managers. Before taking this post she had been working in the Polish branch of the international agency PR Edelman as the director of the finance and investor relations PR department. She started her career in the field of finances in the 90s as a translator to the law offices and auditor companies. Then she worked as a financial journalist in the American press agency BridgeNews, weekly magazine Warsaw Business Journal and Puls Biznesu. In the years 2001-2003 she worked for the company WIG20, AGORA, in the department of investor and media relations.
Education
Ms. Wioletta Buczek completed master’s studies at the University of Warsaw, in the American Studies Centre. Moreover, she graduated from the business studies Executive Master of Business and Administration at Warsaw University of Technology, as well as from Translation College of University of Warsaw. She completed numerous training courses in the field of investor relations, corporate governance and corporate finances.

Professional Career
Since July 2007, Ms. Monika Piecuch has been related to the biggest in Upper Silesia Law Office of Advocates and Legal Advisers K. Ślązak, A.R. Zapiór and Partners. She deals with servicing capital companies, including stock exchange ones. She specialises in the financial law and capital market law. She also co-operates with some foreign law offices. Earlier, since 2005 she has been gaining professional experience in the functioning of investment funds in the company Investment Fund Managers Sp. z o.o., as, among others, a Supervision Inspector. She also has experience in co-operation with the jurisdiction authorities.
Education
Ms. Monika Piecuch completed master’s studies at the University of Silesia, Faculty of Law and Administration, Department of Law. She went through numerous training courses in the field of financial market functioning, with the special attention paid to the capital market and MIFID directive.
