





Aleksander Jawień has held the position of the President of the Management Board of INVESTMENT FUND MANAGERS Sp. z o.o. since July 2004. Before taking up his current position, he was in charge of finance in the company, holding the position of Financial Director and Senior Executive. He started his career in the financial sector in 1994 when he obtained his Securities Broker licence. He worked successively as a broker, dealer and manager in asset management, first in the brokerage house RDM Polonia S.A., and next in the Brokerage Office of Polski Bank Rozwoju S.A. in the years 1995-1998. In the years 1998-2001, he worked in ABN AMRO Asset Management and at the end of this period held the position of Private Clients Director. In the years 2002-2003, he ran his own consulting business.
Aleksander Jawień graduated from Karol Adamiecki School of Economics in Katowice. He holds securities broker licence No. 916 and has participated in numerous courses, such as ABN AMRO Asset Management in Amsterdam (1998), ABN AMRO International Private Banking in Zurich (1999, 2000) and UBS AG in Zurich (2003).
Aleksander Jawień is responsible for developing the company’s strategy, planning business events development, product development and marketing.
Professional Career
Izabela Piecuch-Jawień has been a vice president of the Management Board of INVESTMENT FUND MANAGERS Sp. z o.o. since December 2007. Before taking the present post, as a Sales Director, she was responsible in the company for client relations and advisory team management. She started her career in finance in 1996 when she took a job in the research department of PKO Bank Polski S.A. She worked first as an analyst and then as a corporate customer advisor in the field of financing the economic activity. In the years of 1999–2005 she continued her career in BRE Bank S.A. in Warsaw. First she was a risk analyst assessing the level of risk carried by particular forms of financing the economic activity of corporate customers. She was a member of the bank credit team enjoying the rights of decision making. Then she was the head of the risk assessment department. Subsequently, she was responsible for contacts with huge corporate customers in relation to the whole variety of their cooperation with BRE Bank S.A. and its capital group. In December 2005 she joined the team of INVESTMENT FUND MANAGERS.
